Eagle properties are landscaped, irrigated and finished to a high standard, and a septic replacement can feel like open-heart surgery on a yard the owners have spent years perfecting. We treat it that way. Trench routes and equipment paths are planned to spare mature trees, irrigation lines and hardscape wherever possible. Excavated areas are backfilled, compacted and graded clean so lawn and landscape restoration is as simple as it can be.
On new construction, we like to be involved when the site plan is still flexible. Placing the tank and drainfield early, with the driveway, well, drainage and future outbuildings in mind, prevents the compromises that happen when a septic system is squeezed in last.
